Foorganic is a brand specializing in organic and functional food targeted at the B2C market, poised for market entry with the backing of a B2B brand boasting over a decade of experience in the Spanish market.

My role at Foorganic has encompassed conducting comprehensive preliminary research for brand development. This included competitor benchmarking, trend analysis, market research, and conducting surveys to understand consumer tastes, preferences, and needs.

Following this, I have been involved in curating the product assortment and brand catalog, as well as conducting commercial visits to engage with suppliers at prominent trade fairs such as Biofach.

I have been instrumental in crafting the value proposition, brand naming, and defining the brand's DNA, setting clear guidelines for communication and visual identity. Additionally, I have led the design team in developing logo and graphic materials, including web design, packaging, labels, and more.

Luxenter is a Spanish jewelry brand.

I started as an intern in 2015. I participated in the company's digitalization process, managing the platform change and helping to build the ecommerce-focused digital marketing strategy. Here, I also made a significant contribution to branding and communication. Together with the communication department, we enhanced the image and improved its positioning as a first step before launching into online sales

Then, since 2018 until 2020 I began expanding the brand into external channels, opening brand showcases on marketplaces and other platforms while remaining in charge of the flagship store. Here, I oversaw sales across digital channels, both proprietary and external, and tracked KPIs, objectives, and management reports.

Additionally, I was responsible for optimizing the ecommerce storefront, including product showcases, categories, UX, and design, among other aspects. I conducted benchmarking analyses, developed innovative strategies, and proposed improvements to the value proposition.

During my time at Luxenter, I played a pivotal role in coordinating international franchises, spanning across both European and American markets.
